Shipping Policy

Knitted Co. is committed to processing orders promptly!

All orders are shipped as fast as possible. Special products and sales may delay this process as we do our best to fulfill higher order volumes. 

​

We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages once an order has been shipped. Please reach out to your local post office if your package is missing. Please contact your local post office with questions regarding shipment tracking.

Return & Exchange Policy

We proudly stand behind our products and we want you to be thrilled with them too! If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return unworn, unwashed items for within 14 DAYS of receiving them.

We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number for packages that are being returned to us. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.

Please email knittedcollection@outlook.com BEFORE shipping your item(s). We will refuse any packages sent without prior contact. Once the item(s) is/are received, your store credit will be processed within 2-3 business days and sent via email.
